In response to the desire of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense to facilitate Hajj and Umrah, the Saudi Visa Bio application was launched and overseen by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah. His Highness today launched the app for self-registration of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims' biological characteristics, which was developed by SVTS. The visa services center has also been established in Kuwait.

Waleed bin Abdulkarim Al-Khuraiji, the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Assistant Minister of executive Affairs, Abdulhadi bin Ahmed Al-Mansouri, and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Consular Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ambassador Tamim Al-Dossary, all attended the launching.
